How access is decided

• Your active plan provides the default feature allowance.
• An administrator can apply an eligible instructor override.
• Platform safety, spend, and availability controls still apply.
• Usage counters show how much of a limited feature remains.

When a feature is locked

Review your current plan and allowance first. School managed accounts may need help from the school owner. Contact support if the displayed plan does not match your access.
