How SkilaAI handles account, learning, and platform data.

Data we use
SkilaAI processes account details, course content, messages, learning activity, assessments, billing records, device and connection information, and support communications to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, deliver courses and AI-assisted features, personalize learning when enabled, process transactions, prevent abuse, communicate service notices, and meet legal obligations. SkilaAI does not sell personal information.
AI processing
Prompts, selected course material, and relevant learning context may be sent to the AI provider configured for a feature. AI output can be inaccurate. Administrators control available providers and eligible features; users should not submit secrets or information they are not authorized to process.
Sharing and service providers
SkilaAI shares information with infrastructure, storage, email, payment, analytics, security, and AI service providers only as needed to operate the service. Information can also be shared when required by law, to protect users and the platform, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Organizations and connections
School or organization administrators can manage memberships, assigned learning, and organization-controlled content. Approved connection credentials are encrypted, requested scopes are shown during authorization, and connections can be revoked.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while an account is active and as needed for course delivery, transaction records, security, dispute handling, backup recovery, and legal obligations. Account deletion and access requests can be sent to support@skilaai.com; some records may be retained where legally required.
Children and student accounts
Public self-service accounts are not intended for children under 13. Students between 13 and the age of majority must have parent or guardian permission where required. Schools using SkilaAI are responsible for obtaining any institutional or guardian authorizations required for their learners.
Security and international processing
SkilaAI uses technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service is risk free. Information may be processed in countries where SkilaAI or its providers operate, with safeguards appropriate to the applicable agreement and law.
Your choices and questions
Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing. Contact support@skilaai.com for privacy questions or requests. Identity and authority verification may be required before completion.
